Shock Bladders?
 

In my 408 everytime i take the shocks apart which is sometimes before the meeting and then half way through it if not at least after every meeting the bladders are split is ther anyway of curing this i hav to replace them every time i take them apart and i cant use the vented shock caps with the foam because the oil then leaks out i dont think i am tightening them to tight i do it by hand

Use Losi 8ight bladders.
