Fusion esc (logic rc) great customer service
 

I would like pass on my thanks to logic rc who distribute fusion escs. i have a 2 year old exceed race which a couple of weeks ago lost part of the heat sink after a crash. on thursday i rang logic expecting either a cost or a problem getting the part.

i got neither. within 2 minutes of explaining the problem i was off the phone with a promise the part was on the way at no cost. today it arrived. Great service.:thumbsup:

on a similar but not so successful note the handle on my 125 pound and quite badly made fastrax hauler came off on tuesday. it is 4 months old and used only once a week. after being disappointed with the response from MS i contacted cml directly with photos. their response was prompt and have agreed to replace however as a solution they still expect me to post it back at my expense and be without a case for i guess a couple of weeks. not bad customer service. ...just not great.
