tyres

Of the tyres allowed, which do people find the best at Kiddy?
I've never raced there with a buggy so just wondered which people like.:)

personally i like green ballistics, but when it gets dry, shuey yellows. ballistics don't seem to be so edgy or sharp as shueys

modelimages 14-04-2008 05:46 PM

BB no longer do slim fronts, the front they do do!!(not good english), will fit on a 2wd wheel and its what most people use.

GRIFF55 14-04-2008 05:55 PM

Just put them on, as you would normaly onto a 4wd wheel is it? No cutting anything or moving the tyre bead in further?
Cheers

Hey Andy, I would trim the beed as small as it would go and push it right in, elastic band the tire so that little shoulder is within the wheel edge and glue around the edge.

If you don't do the same on the inside edge it will look like a 4wd front. if you do this on inside edge too then it makes the tire profile more round, and with the outer rows trimmed off they look a lot like 2wd fronts

use hard inserts unless you like insane skitzo maniac levels of steering
