Work Party - Saturday 12 April 2008
 

As Matt has already said in an earlier thread, there will be a work party tomorrow, still more work on the rostrum, back filling the fence and tidying the bank/waste ground, preping the ground for the grass, track painting etc., etc. The list goes on!

Steve Andrews WILL NOT be at the track on Sunday, fencing, he will be working on the WKRCC track. Steve is going to return to us on Sunday 20 April to complete the fence on the right hand side of the track and possibly starting on the repair of the existing fence. I am arranging 'volunteers' in Matt's and my absence at the Kiddy National, any welcome!

No doubt we'll be meeting in the 'Sunshine Cafe' tomorrow morning as per usual.
Drivers can, also as per usual, run their cars around AFTER the work has been done for the day.
I might even let Charles have a go with his 'new' buggy, just got to see how hard he works!

Hope to see you all tomorrow after an excellent turn-out last Saturday let keep the momentum going!

im coming,got bad foot but il be there,the mamba came back from th states, all fixed so going to try 4wd instead tommorrow, ill try to be in cafe but got alot to do in morning,cheers

thanks for leting me use my new buggy steve and i have an idea for the zaboon and no it is not to burn it, bury it or break it in any way so will everyone stop telling me to bin it. why not seen as law is geting brushless anyway why dont i buy his old esc and put it in zaboon and then put my 17t motor in it. that why i have something use during the week so that i wont be tempted to use losi what do you think. its not like its doing anything right now is it. if that works well i might even enter it in the next winter series at epr. lol

p.s. losi was absolotly brill to drive and i am extremely grateful to steve, david and matt. thank you guys

Why dont you just let the poor car spend the rest of its days on a shelf, i mean look what its been through, for starters it was owned by me, its been
sunk, burnt, smashed, crashed, jumped off of things, thrown, hit, driven into a car (vauxhall corsa) driven off of walls, dirt piles, dropped, kicked, hit with things (other peoples expensive race cars) and last but not least owned by you.
Give the poor thing a break. Its like 7 years old now lol and its been thorugh more than a car 3 times its age.

it still moves so why not use it and anyway all it needs is some small mods and it will be good as new
