X2C Outdrives

Are the outdrives an issue with this car? Mine seem to have gone from no visible wear to worn out in a short time, probably 6-8 meetings. One side only!!

Anybody had the same troubles.

Anybody stock replacement parts??

They seem to be a bit of an issue but it effects people differently. I have been racing the ansmann cars for over a year and have only had to replace one set (this week actually) and that is spread over three different 2wd cars.

Seems when they do go they go quickly though.

Replacments should be easy enough to get though through a good modelshop.

Until the CVD does not hit the upper of the outdrive anymore; I do not have the car in front of me but it was something like 3 mm.
This happened to me with the Xpro outdrives, now I have the genuine X2C outdrives and they do look different (lightened)!

you would find that one side would wear more than the other because of your track, as we tend to have a straight followed by a long fast curve and most of the time its ran in a clockwise direction so you would expect the left to wear more.
