Alu Hub Free Play

Hello guys

Not sure if you all face this problem with the New Gun Metal Alu Hub.

I fit it on to my car and there is a noticable amount of play left and right when i move the outer clamp.

I have shim it with 0.2mm but still there is a big movement.

The hub is supported by a big outer bearing, a inner collar and a stadard bearing.

Regards
Calvin

Make sure you have added the crub screw from the inner side to the pin

Is this play still there after you have tightened the wheel up? It may be that the clamp hub isn't fully into position, and tightening the wheel will push it fully home.

It is the crunch spacer that is to long. You can see the movment on the ballbearing inside the aluhub.

Not really sure but it could be you have the wrong size brass bush on the hub.
I dont have the WC kit but i think there are 2 sizes normally one for the front hubs and maybe the back ones are bigger?
