Trish's Shells - 2008

Well for some reason Trish decided to trust me to do his shells

These are the 5th & 6th shells i've ever painted so bare with me, i just said to him i'd put the pics up.... window masks are still to come off due to being wet at this point so don't worry they're not black! Painted with good old Cans and liquid mask

My skills stop and start with one colour, so I am well impressed with these :)

Nice !
But I see a black line missing on the front pillars of the 4wd... Nothing a sticker can't fix though.

Haha i knew someone would spot it - that was my suggestion to Trish, just chop up a black sticker ;-)

I noticed it when it was too late unfortunately but i'm getting better lol

Jimmy you'll love it - sooooo easy, i just drew the lines on top of the shell and just cut away, even for a complete amateur

Cheers Milzy, give me a shout when you start racing again :p

Very effective Nick. I have never used liquid mask. Is it very easy to do? Where can you get it from?

Cheers
Mark

Marc at MK has loads of it - it's seriously good, very easy to use - just paint on a couple of coats of it, leave it in the airing cupboard over night and then cut away!

That's why i let Trish just buy the paints and tell me what he wanted  I actually thought it looked better with Black, green and white but he was worried it would be like Cree's colours then

You got it! The big bottle would do loads though, i think Trish bought the small one and has now done at least 3 shells with it!
