Draft GT12 Rules for the 12th EGM

NOTE: these proposed rules are racing in a BRCA national series.

The 2012 EGM will take place at the Premier Inn, Hockley Heath, Solihull, West Midlands, B94 6NX on Saturday 21st April, at 10:00am for the GT12 meeting.
