Just brought a new reciever and cant get it to bind please help

silly question, but it is the correct blue receiver, not the older grey version?

It is blue and the same as my other reciever

Have you set the ATL to 100% on your transmitter?

It's the toggle below the throttle lever.

Check your display make sure its on 100

and try again.
