Novak 7.5R Gearing for a B4

Hi, I've tried searching and can't seem to find a recommended gearing for a 7.5R in a B4. Can anyone give me a starting point please?

For caldicot indoors 23 or 24*81.

Shoot low aim high, or start on the 23 and then try the 24 ;)
