Stick pack LiPos in C4.1?

Hi guys,

Seriously considering purchasing a C4.1 conversion kit (When they are back in stock!) yet just wondered whether it was possible in any way to fit a stick pack LiPo on the chassis. Recently upgraded to LiPos and don't particularly want the expense of new cells aswell. Also, anyone have any idea on when the complete C4.1 kit will be available for purchase?

Many thanks in advance.

Alex

Don't think they will fit, but even if they did, why would you buy a great handling car like the C4.1 and kill it by changing the most important characteristic (the weight distribution)?

If you don't care about the handling, just stick with the B4.

Funny how everything is changing to saddles and he wants to stick with sticks.........

B4.1 very good car though!

I understand what you guys are saying, but I have only been back into the sport for a couple of months (after 6 years out), spending over £800 on new batteries, speedos, motors, 2.4 modules, tyres etc... and as when I was racing before all 2wd cars used sticks, I assumed this was still the case. My own fault really, should have researched into the more recent cars, although I knew the B4 was still a currently model.

Just wanted to see if I could get away with using stick packs until I could save more money and convert to saddles. After spending such a chunk of money, and borrowing from the bank of mum and dad, didn't really want the expense of saddles when the stick packs I have are only 6 weeks old.

bit of a poor reply!!

the schumacher sv2 allows the use of sticks or saddle

I do love the look of the new Schumacher however, price wise, it would be almost the same as buying a conversion and 2 sets of saddles. I have almost 2 full cars worth of spares for the B4 as well so plan to stay with the Associated based cars.

Will more than likely wait for the release of a complete car I reckon, as a few bits and pieces on my current B4 are starting to wear slightly, and a complete kit would probably be more cost effective
