Oow oow oow, that's the one I was looking to buy new.

In your opinion, is it good at taking "racing" type foto's??

I'm primarily looking for a camera that will do for fairly decent racing photos, above average holiday photo's and high quality animal shots (as we've got two ace cats)

Are you still looking for that price??

To be honest it will take great holiday and animal photos, but racing photos is difficult to say, as i use to be a motorsport photograpaher before i came back into R/C i was spoilt with the Pro Canon DSLR's i was using. For me i find it hard to take the quiality of photos (like Jimmys) with this camera, but then i am very critical of my photos :) but you may find it ideal.

But the video camera is spot on, and unlike most digi cam's you can zoom in and out while filming.

You are more than welcome to try the camera at a meeting, and download the pic's to a laptop?.

Does that mean I can convince you to come to the F3/4/5 finals??

No :D, but if you are at Holbeach at the weekend i can send the camera with Ken R, he is there both days, so you can try it there ?.

Unfortunately not going across to Holbeach.

But it happens that a friend at work has that model camera too, so I'll try his and let you know.

Ok, btw taken about 600 photos in total with the camera, if you need any actual photos out of the camera, or a shot of all the bits you get let me know.
