anybody know of a gear diff that would work for a cougar sv ?

No, and I've asked some people in the know and its not in any plans.

I have heard other things.. for 2WD not for 4WD..

I guess I know the wrong people:D

Sorry, I didn't know you had asked. I have taken it apart now and is in pieces. What I have is the chassis front and rear shock towers, two of each. I will also include the arms gear cover, basically everything except the gear box , front bulkheads, lower plastic, turnbukles, shocks and electronics. I would need 100 pounds for it plus shipping.

I'm currently in between jobs...would you consider selling the extra set of shock towers?

Not really, I want to sell everything as a kit. If I sell only the shock tower the rest is useless....sorry
