SX3 questions

Hi
Asking for a friend as I don't really have a clue about schuy buggys

Step 5 page 6 there looks like a bearing 4x6x2.5 then the 4x8x3 bearing

Is the 4x6x2.5 a bearing or a brushing/bussing??

4x6x2.5 is a spacer (silver aluminium)
