Lee like i said i was tempted but they are solid cars plus i just like the quality of yokomo its a good job i didnt get a AERO 1 you seem to breaking a few parts on the car but i do like AERO

Once the reliability is sorted it will be very fast.

Good luck with the yoke

vinny20 25-03-2008 10:17 PM

Its not about being the fasstest lee its about how the car drives around the track without breaking parts if you have a car thats just gonna keep breaking what the point i cant think of of a much better car then a yokomo at this point they dont seem to break you no what i maen

Lee 25-03-2008 10:21 PM

Thanks for the tip Vinny:thumbsup:

With it being a new car and not really having a team in which problems will be ironed out its upto me to make mine bomb proof, the front wishbones and steering linkage is now sorted, so its 99% there.

Now its about being the fastest:thumbsup:

mattym0310 25-03-2008 10:38 PM

yeah, vinny... if you can get a new car, with no full factory support or setups, and you have no breakages in the first meeting then all i could say was.. wow. but believe me it is nye impossible :D

So the question is where is the best model shop in the uk to get the BXF from

JohnM 29-03-2008 02:44 PM

Vinny, why does it have to be a Factory kit?, from what I've been told by Mike and Grant Williams, you don't want to run a front one-way on a BX, makes the car do some horrible things, just get a std car and put some longer B4 rear shock shafts in it, maybe get a one piece chassis from DC Racing as well if you want.

The BXF body shell is nice to have for the extra cooling as well.
