Cheap(ish) brca legal lipos
Just wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of some reasonable priced brca legal lipo's that fit the b4.1.
Thankyou in advance would these be ok? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Turnigy-50...item564892c52d |
No, in a word.
They're not bad packs - I've used a couple for a while, but they're not BRCA legal. I think intellect were the cheapest last time I looked, however I'm sure someone else will correct me if that's not the case any more.. |

|
what are short lipos? The vapex mentioned above is brca legal not sure about this one too http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/7-4v-5000m...item336988f3dd it looks like the one on the brca list but its 30c and the brca one is 50c it says.
Also the vapextech batts are 2s2p, ive always had 2s1p so whats the difference? |

p = parallel Changing the number of cells in series changes the voltage of the pack. 3.7v nominal per cell, so a 2s is 2x3.7=7.4v, 3s is 3x3.7=11.1v, etc.. Changing the number of cells in parallel alters the total capacity and peak current available, more in parallel means higher capacity, but has no effect on voltage. 1/10th cars generally use 2s but it doesn't matter about the number of cells in parallel, limited only by the physical size and cost I guess. |
