Problem binding Core code 2.4 transmitter

Hi,

I am looking for some help as I am having problems binding my transmitter to my receiver. I have tried another receiver just in case but I am still having no luck. Could anyone tell me the procedure for doing it with this transmitter in case I am being thick.

Thanks

Tommy

Just push and hold the button with the transmitter already on.

I had similar issues with my core and my hobbywing esc was the reason. I had to reverse the servo switch and then swap one for the coloured motor wires over. Don't try this on a sensored system though!

I had exactly the same problem with mine gave up in the end as when i switched it off it would sometimes lose the settings resulting in either no brakes or half throttle etc.. took it back to the shop and swapped it out for a Spectrum,, and am not looking back.

Still not working. I might be shopping for another transmitter too as i'm going to throw this one out of the window in a minute.

to really help we need a bit more info

1 is this new equipment you have recently bought ? was it new or S/H

2 if its older equipment have you had previous problems ?

3 have you changed any thing else ?

4 are you sure its a bind issue or speedo/motor related

sorry to ask dumb questions but it may help those trying to help you

Some core need a bind plug that goes in the receiver, later core models have a bind button on the receiver, what model do you have? Blue receiver or black?

+1.
This is true.

The old black DHSS setup needs the bind plug and is a bit of a sequence to get right.

Heres what to do.
- switch on tranny
- press ENTER to go into menu mode
- press DOWN until you get to MIX
- press ENTER
- in the Mix menu, set this to something which I cant remember (sorry!) but there are only 2 options - I think its called SET or SETUP or similar.
- Tranny will display "SET OK..."
- while the tranny says this, now insert the BIND plug into the BIND port on your receiver
- power up your reciever.
- the corner light should flash green for a second or two, then solid when it has found the tranny and binding has occured.
- power off the receiver
- press EXIT on the tranny to return to normal operating mode.
- power off your tranny.
- binding is now complete.

In many times of using the DHSS Etronix / Core system, Ive never had an issue with losing the bind.

Hope this helps :)
