Saw an old post from last year and gave me the idea to try and make some myself :) i found some alloy tube from an old cougar club 10. got my junior hacksaw some needle files and a drill, bingo job done :)

I have done the same :thumbsup: I also made a new strap so I can move the battery in MM and RM location while in RM.

cool looks good. I would like to have a go at making a carbon strap, will have to have a look for some carbon

I made the strap because the stock one won't let me move the batteries forth in RM setup, because i'm using saddle packs with the connectors against each others.

I also did this on my sons car but then went back to the original thumb screws because if you want to put a weight under your battery you cant use the body clip method:thumbdown: , but I must admit it does make taking the battery out and putting it back in a hell of alot quicker
