Motor gear??
 
Well just assembled the rear gear and have mounted it in the mm4 position but just giving it a few turns an feels a bit notchy an a bit stiff as u get to a quitter of a turn I have put the black gear grease in as states just wondering if it will bed in once run?.?

with a motor and pinion bolted on?

I found sometimes the mesh would be spot on in 1 spot on the spur and then turn it and it'd go tight. I think the motor plate wasn't sitting perfect.

No motor in yet taken it back apart thought I might of put to much grease in but was fine cant see any binding?

Make sure all the bearings are seated correctly in the gears. How many washers have you put on the diff outdrives?

It will take a couple of runs to bed everything in.

Ye all seems sat right I have put the two gold washers either side as it shows with the other diff is this right??

Also just got the wheels on without a motor in when u turn one wheel by hand the other doesn't always turn is this right:confused:
