Club Meeting (Talk not racing!) Mon 6th Feb 2012
 

Hi All,

EDIT: It is MONDAY 6th 7.30pm

With the upcoming regional meetings and the plans to renew the outdoor track we need to have another pow wow :thumbsup:

Are people free early next week?, can do either date, whichever is best.

This is not to design the track features, more to get confirmations on who can offer what to the club in terms of build and running of the meetings, akin to the previous beer fest, sorry meeting held in a pub!.

Please let me know what is best. Next week I'll be working late up in Farnborough/Camberley so a meeting at the White Hart in Frimley is preferred around 7.30pm.

White harts good for me its closer, mon or tuesday should be fine, whatever the majority decide! :thumbsup:

Whats the address for the white hart, for us 'out of towners'? -But I can't do monday, but I think Chris has got more contacts than me, so I'll just give dudders my opinion on thurs and sunday (whether he wants it or not!!:p)
