By the looks of simons car, the ESC to battery he went stright with connecters right into the hard case lipo ? :eh?:
and I was thinking of putting connecters on the ESC to motor so when I upgrade to a faster motor I dont have desolder the wires on the motor.
But there does not look like there is enough room to do that..? :(

You are correct about the battery connectors, this is the way it should be. Solder some 4mm corally type connectors on to the end of the battery wires and plug them straight in to the lipo. As for the motor, if you use a V.3 or MMM Speed Passion motor, they come with small connectors that plug on to the endbell of the motor. This means that you dont need to solder then de-solder everything when you want to change motor, just unplug, take motor out, put motor in and put the plugs back in. Easy. Hope this helps.

here is how i did myne

https://plus.google.com/photos/10197...19310821630386

i took a 3.5mm female banana plug and cut the rear and soldered it directly on the motor
so i can plug 3.5 bannanas either from the back(cougar) or from the front(B44)

in my next version i want to drill a hole at the male bannana and put a screw after i plug it in, at the other end so its going to be safe in place.
