What's your favorite tool?
We all have a little baby that we cuddle with all the time during race weekends or when preparing back home. Post a picture and tell your story!
It's time for "Dremel Boy" or whoever to come outta the closet!!! |
I cant live without pillars!

hammer:p:p:p
Only kidding i like my allen drivers. A |
soldering iron..... got to be a good one, decent tip, temp controlled and quick at heating up.... after burning out one or two, I finaly think I got the right one.... sounds more like dating than soldering.... heehee
If it was work, then it would have to be the tool for fitting the pivot pin on a Tornado wing pivot point..... loads of liquid nitrogen.... leather boots, apron and gauntlets... |
LOL! Good start guys!!!

at the moment mines a hudy body reamer, when i started the hobby i swore i would never spend silly money on a tool for just making holes in plastic that will probably only get used twice a year.
I guess i must be commited to invest in one now. still in packet though |

Guys, I said favorite TOOL! Not fool... :D
The one tool you use more than any other tool! I've seen some people play with their "wacky tacky" cleaning gum all the time, they use it as an "anti stress" thing I believe :D |
My CF-HARD tools, and the 3/32->3/8 drivers form Excelite, cant leave home for track with outém...

My Tamiya Craft Tool Screwdrivers which I got when I was 11 and are still going strong. Also the curved scissors (also Tamiya) which make cutting Lexan a piece a p***.

But anyway, mine would be: http://www.matcotools.com/ProductImages/V7WR.jpg Mini Vise-Grip a.k.a. mini Monkey Wrench. Very useful for holding parts you attack with the Almighty Dremel :-) Or soldering iron. or X-Acto. Or blowtorch. A finger-saver, really. Which can be important in R/C!!! |
the pliers and grips combo has saved me a couple times, makes bent things straight ! :woot:
