xcelorin wont connect to my pc.

hello guys,my xcelorin wont connect to my pc,i have installed and uninstalled the soft ware,and it still won't work !.

i plugged my esc in and the red light comes on the adapter and thats it.

HELP !!

It doesn't support any 64bit based windows, vista 32bit is fine anything after that it won't work on your pc.
