dbo1r front droop issues?

hi there im running a dbo1r i feel there is too much droop at the front even if you use the outer holes on the wishbones.i used to run a 501x and i thinck the holes on the shock tower were higher . iv orderd the a/c toweres ther are two sets of holes on rear but the front has only one set does any one know if they are drilled higher than standerd ? if not should i use spacers in the front .has any one else had this problem?:confused::confused:

I noticed the same problem using the Associated shocks so i put a limiter in the shocks

I found using the AC towers that the front shocks would actually bottom out on the lower spring retainers using the TRF shocks. I had a very competent friend drill me a new row of holes above the stock holes. This does put me at the very top of the tower, I have not run it since having it drilled - I hope it lasts. Otherwise I'll simply go back to my stock DB01R "c/f reinforced" tower.

You should also be running 2-3mm of shock spacers in your front shocks eh.

The original 501 had lower towers and shorter shock shafts this was changed on the we addition the db01 was based on the original 501 use shock spaces and get the ac towers job done.
