Nope, got 46 on way home. It's one of the older diesels (2002) so it's not as efficent as the new ones.

Spoolio 14-03-2008 05:50 PM

Missus has a Panda 1.3 Multijet. Takes £30 to fill it up and the last brim to brim measurement confirms 65mpg. Which was nice. Just filled up at Sainsburys in Mansfield, paid 109.6p, in Worksop its 111.9p. I am considering buying a 'ped

DCM 14-03-2008 05:53 PM

man, I wont complain at 49p per litre then.... saying that, my usual week I am lucky to break 16mpg on school runs.

GRIFF55 14-03-2008 06:19 PM

1.18 here for diesel, and driving the l200 all over the country racing isn't cheap. Worst part is, there are refineries all round here:o:mad:

Chequered Flag Racing 17-03-2008 07:13 PM

just been down to Clay Cross (Chesterfield) from Teesside for 12th National

Passat 1.9TDI, using on board trip computer & cruise control,

54.8 mpg @ 60mph and still got there in time :D

45.8 mpg @ **mph to home

Asda diesel is/was £1.109

i really miss my corsa...true it wasnt exactly speedy or luxurious but the thing practically ran on air it used so little juice.
