Just a few questions about the club.

Hi everyone,

I used to race back in the late 80's early 90's (Schumacher CAT). Just built my new car and starting to populate with electrics.

Just wondering what most people run at the club. Electrics wise lots has changed from back in the day.

Below is what im thinking of running with. Let me know if this is a million mile away from what you guys run at the club.

ESC Speed Passion LPF V2.0
Motor Speed Passion Ultra Sportsman Version 3.0 Sensor Motor 7.5R
Servo Savox SC-1258
Cells Moore-Speed 4600 50C Saddle pack

Running in a DEX410

I would recommend an LRP sxx speedo, speed passion Comp motor, 7.5 will be fast enough and Any lipo's which are on the BRCA approved list.

LRP sxx speedo looks good but a little out of my price range.

What surface is it indoors? Polished floor, Polished floor carpet mix? Any jumps?

How many people turn up?

Sorry for the amount of questions.

N7ELA 17-01-2012 01:23 PM

Je spares sell the sxx for 130 quid! That's got to be in your price range!

I'd also recommend the sxx..
We run on a mix of varnished wood floor and carpet, also a few jumps and other obstacles. I'd recommend schumacher mini spike tyres (yellow compound)
