FRONT tyres with foam or without
 

I just recived my cougar sv pro -used-and noticed that the front stagger tyres did not have foam incerts in them and they were glued to the rim?? is it like that or is there susposed to be foam? or is it different from indoor to outdoor.:eh?:

With normal staggers no foam is needed. If using the newer cut staaggers you need to use an insert. So yes it is correct!
