Ok as I learnt something from what Tom Cockerill wrote a while back on the subject interms of running in. Here is what he wrote:
"An important part to any ball diff build is to run it in and set it properly. There's a good guide on it here: http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...er-clutch.html

If you need any more info on building/setting/running a Schumacher diff feel free to email me at Tom at racing-cars.com and I'll help you out." Origional thread www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83321

There is also a build guide on the Durango site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kj3segrGH6U

Not sure if this answer your question as I was trying to work out what is coming loose?
