ESC and G2 motor question.
 

I have a Tamiya teu 101bk and it recommends not using anymore than a sport tuned motor. Can anyone tell me what that is in turns please?
And what turn is a G2 Mardave motor rated at as I have another ESC that is rated to no more than 20 turns.

I would do a search but it's not working on my phone. I just end up zoomed in to the top left corner of oople when I try and type in the search bar.
