Have you considered the option of a web based membership form and payment via paypal?
Just make it a lot easier than printing and writing cheques which is all a bit 90's lol

A small spelling mistake on form,
TORCH have an affiliation with JE Spares and offer a 5% discount to club members. Please indicate whether you DOT NOT want to be included in this.
I aggree with Rob, payment over web would be easier
