Is there some way of making elctronics stick to the car as im using no more nails 2 sided patches and it's not working they just keep falling of and flying about.

Get some car rear view mirror tape. It's really sticky. If you still struggle try roughing up both surfaces slightly with wet n dry but not really a good look.

I've been using a product called Dead Man's Grip, has worked really well for me.

I assume it is a product made for some other purpose and re-pacakaged to sell to rc users. My son's ESC came loose a few times with other products but its stayed put since using this stuff.

It comes with an alcohol wipe for cleaning the area first, might be worth trying before buying any new product.

no more nails clear tape is very good at holding electrics in. as said, make sure both surfaces are completely clean with some some of alcohol wipe or degreaser.

I`m also using this stuff too. Excellent product as its like a thin silicone type sheet but really sticky. So i suppose the flex stops things jolting out by absorbing some of the shock.

DS Tape
 
My local Motor Factor (not Halfords) sells double sided foam numberplate tape, comes on 5 meter rolls for about a fiver and works superbly.

+1 for cleaning both surfaces 1st with alcohol wipe.

Failing that get some Futaba servo tape. Part number SLSTAB ( not a joke this used to be the part number when Ripmax distributed ). It works ! !

But seriously auto brake cleaner on a cloth works to clean both sides

Car bodykit tape (for sticking big bumpers to Vauxhall Corsas). About £4 for a great big roll of it off ebay. Will last years and never comes off.

And clean both surfaces with brake cleaner before attaching.

i use 1 from B'&'M stores its foam padded and proper sticky sticks to almost anything so long as the surface is clean, doesnt come off easy though when you need to remove it. its about £1 a roll dimensions are 19mm on a 2metre roll
