SANWA REPAIRS
 
Hi, anyone know where to get a sanwa TX repaired ?
Tried smd, but never got a reply to my email. Poor customer service.
MODS, Could service centres, be posted as a sticky thread ?

They maybe still on christmas/new years hoilday break i have not had a problem when contacting them. Other tham SMD try Derek Bailey

i have sanwa servo i needed gear set for i PM SMD i got no reply either
+1 for poor service shame cos sanwa is gaining in popularity

SMD dont re open in till Tuesday so give them a call tomorrow im sure jamie will be willing to help you out :thumbsup:

SMD wont service any Sanwa product, they will only replace faulty products bought from them. The only way of getting a product sorted maybe to contact Mike Ridley, he does radio servicing and is very experienced and is one of the only people to hold a full service licence for graupner and jr products.

I,ve had Sanwa sticks for the last 10yrs, finally worn the throttle pot out :o
