Schumacher CAS2 ESC
 

Hi,

I've got a speedo in a box of stuff from the bay, but I don't recognise it. It looks like a Nosram exterminator with a processor stuck on top, which has a schumacher tested label on it. The pcb has CAS2 on it, so I assume this is the name, does that sound familiar?

As you may have guessed, there's no case on it!

The only old Schumacher esc I have info on is the traco.

I think I've worked out the battery and motor connections but I don't know what the 3 pins in front of the processor do.

Is that a relay on the end? :)

Yup, so it can run forwards and reverse without wasting FETS on a bridge arrangement.

With the relay it looks like a Nosram Patriot without its case.
