IB4600 first charge help

I just got my paws on some IB4600 single cells.
Going to assemble them into stick pack form due to some race rules :thumbdown:
If not for the rules, I'd be running my lipos.

Is there any recommended procedure to prime the packs after assembly?
As these are stick packs, I won't have the luxury of equalising them etc.

Why can't you equilise them? I run stick in my B4 and they go on the board avery week!
By stick I assume you mean this: IIIIII
not this: === ?

These III III are saddle packs, these === are sticks, making it impossible to equalise them. If you are building them you will be building saddles, making them equalisable(?new word!)
unless you have one of those hammer head soldering irons, but then why would you want them like sticks?

I've got the hammerhead tip. It's a great product :thumbsup:
I don't like the === packs but a race series here insists on it.

So what's the preferred priming technique... if any?
