Tips on carpet racing?

Hi guys, i am going to race on Petit RC on January so i am looking for any tips for my B4.1 +8. I haven't raced on carpet before, and getting a mid motored car is not an option, as we will never race on carpet in Greece.

I am looking more for a guide for carpet setups, not a setup sheet. I mean like : you need to add weight, you need to get stiffer springs. That sort of stuff.

You will find all the info your after on a setup sheet though. Generally, stiffer allround, thicker oils, bit of weight in certain areas, mini pin tyres.
Check any setup sheets for more specifics. Richard lowe's setup is very good for me
