Got one of those off here the other day, 2nd hand.

I bought it cause it was a good price and would give me a little extra in my arsenal to make sure my LiPo's are nicely balanced.

either one of these to balance batteries with your own charger (clone of battery doctor)

or one of these chargers with balancer built in , cheap as chips.

I have the same charger on ur last link and the balance function seem to do not work property unless I'm doing something wrong. After balancing I check the lipo with multimeter and the results are very different from what. the charger is showing me

That doesn't matter.
What matters is that the cells are balanced, ie both showing the sale (or very similar) voltage to each other.
The charger might be showing the voltage while charging, in which case it could be upto 1volt higher than checking off charge with a voltmeter.

The difference between is more then 10v.

OK to be precise once balanced one cell is 4.16 and the other is 4.27 . Strange?

the difference in 0.11volts then.

TBH I've never checked my cells individually, but that seems a little high.

Yap seems like. I ordered one of those balancers suggested, will borrow one at my local club this week to see the readings in the mean time .
