WRCA Central Booking Queries or Problems

ive booked myself into caldi's round. but cannot book my lad in, or any of our non internet users.

Think the booking in on the WRCA site needs a look at, or if im doing it wrong, can we have some instructions.

You need to contact site admin, I had this, and for some reason, there was an error or something on my account.

Check your trying to log in with your actual username, and not your email address... as it was doing this to me and my browser had saved my email address as the username by error... till I realised this I was having the exact same problem as you.

Booked in to 2wd and micro :)

It's worse than that I design them :p

Just over a week away to booking in closes. is there any joy with booking in extra members who don't have an account.

peetbee 06-12-2011 10:28 AM

Did you get my PM about them?
The system as it currently stands, needs everyone to have an account to enter - we are looking into it but can't see a way round this at present - in the meantime as long as everyone registers an account they can enter up to 3 classes on the system.

big dave 07-12-2011 11:00 AM

So that means that the £2 extra charge for not booking in won't count then. Untill the problem is fixed.

peetbee 07-12-2011 11:31 AM

The system isn't broken, it's designed so that people are meant to book themselves in online after registering.

We are trying to find out whether that can be changed, however for those unable to register, then they (or someone on their behalf) should send an email, prior to event cutoff, with their details and the reason why they're unable to access the system. (No valid reason why, then no entry!!)

The email address for this is [email protected]

Hope this helps:)

big dave 07-12-2011 12:59 PM

That should be ok. at least we have a back up email address to send entrys to.
