Novak smart trays are very popular.

Definitely get a tray with a voltage cutoff, around 0.9V, definitely not 0V.

Cheap ones that seem to work are the LRP/Nosram and Robitronic passive boards. I have had the Robi one for years and it does the job (albeit quite slowly).

Midrange active boards like the Smart Tray and the new Much-More Dr.4K one at the same sort of price seem good too and are faster with a bit more adjustability.

At the top is the Much-More CTX-D2 which gives even more discharge info but to be honest as a pure equaliser is no advantage over the mid-range models.
