I'll pass this onto serpent UK with your name......

captainlip 28-11-2011 10:55 AM

Ill buy spares from uk stockists but not the models when they are £500, so far both the serpents have set me back £360 each so thats already £280 saved......but customs are about to wipe that grin off my face I imagine

But when serpent UK don't stock parts cuz they not sold any kits ......

captainlip 28-11-2011 12:59 PM

then I will order from the states again!

im sorry im not supporting UK rip off prices when I can save £140 on the model alone after customs im still going to be £100 better off.

Great idea, if I need some bearings, I may as well order them from overseas rather than buy from a UK stockist! :p

£360 is great but you will very likely get stung on import......which is usually 27% so your £360 turns into nearly £460  of which they are cheaper than that over here anyway!!! Plus extra time it seems a waste of effort to me.

+1 with those comments. Plus we should be supporting our shops as well so then they can support us with spares etc.

PS I paid £439 for mine, prob the same price or a bit cheaper than import.

Just so you ALL know it was £400
