CARPET! please, old or new (not felt)

hi guys, we need some carpet for a local track (dewsbury). preferably free or very cheap as we dont have many funds.

Old or new carpet accepted. collection can be arranged.

thanks alot.

here here, the carpet that's been used has rapidly gone down hill to the point I can't race there any longer as I can't do more than three laps without needing to rebuild half the car, and that's the truth too! So many loose long fibers it's insane. so the club needs different carpet!

We have some spare (Farndon Model Racers)- but we also have little funds! Perhaps a small fee? I'm racing with treasurer at Micro Nat this weekend - I'll have a word and PM you with our thoughts.

Talked to Martin at Morley today, he said the carpet has most probably been laid upside down and thats why its bad. But I would still preffer propper carpet, so keep those offers coming :)

Try asking at your local carpet shop, they might pass on your details to people that have just had new carpet fitted and want it removed.

Otherwise, place a wanted ad on your local Freecycle group.

I've just chucked a load of old carpet having had new in our bedroom
