U.K. SHIPPING PROBLEMS OVER???

Since about a month before Christmas we've been experiencing problems with shipments to U.K. being held up in customs. Nothing about the packages or a new regime of increased surveilance, but rather simply a jam up of zillions of parcels being shipped into U.K. at Christmas. What with the dollar so low it's really cheap for you to buy from us, and lots of folks did that for Christmas.

It appears we're back to something close to "normal" now. Before this all happened shipments from us to U.K. were taking 5 - 8 days. The jam-up set that back to 2 - 4 weeks. However, in the last two weeks we've sent a number of packages to the Boyz and all have been delivered within that 5 - 8 day time frame.

We did nothing special with these packages, sent them exactly the same as we would any other, so I'm guessing we're good now. Still fairly inexpensive shipping compared to UPS, delivery almost as quick. If you order two items together the second one, no matter what it is, ships for just $3.00. All additional items on one order are shipped free!

you might wish to allow EMS shipping as it is normaly expedited through customs too.

USPS has been back to it's usual 5-8 days shipping, has been for about a fortnight, and that's even with customs checks. We ship back and forth to the US in work and our UK bound shipments are now typically arriving 1 week after despatch, instead of 3 weeks as it was in Decamber and January.

My last two packages have been 7 days or less from Chazz :)

And hopefully in the not too distant future people will not need to purchase X-Factory from the US at all!! ;)

We (as well as a few other "good" UK shops I believe) are in conversation with Chazz regards getting a direct supply of X Factory stock straight from the US into our shops to fully support and service this great brand is it deserves, which is somthing the X-Factory drivers of this country have not had as of yet. "Hopefully" deals should be completed soon, orders placed and stock on its way, just need to finalise agreements and supply/shipping arrangements and then X-Factory will become an "in stock" item on our shop shelves (and possibly some other Uk stores too)

Good news, exactly what xfactory deserve!!

X Factory In U.K.

DMS is correct. We are working with a number of great U.K. model shops to have them carry the full range of our cars & parts, along with E-Speed and D.D.P. Carrying X Factory will be profitable for them while at the same time offer you excellent value and local service.

We expect soon to be represented in at least one shop in every region.

im assuming that once things are finalised there will be a press anouncement showing all new stockists ;)

Come, come, now. You don't think we'd ever have any crass commercialism now, do you??? LOL

Of course we'll let you know as soon as possible.
