I was expecting people to be raving about it, but it's all quiet!?

iv been thinking about it,im not a fan of the online game so its alot of money for just the single player,i have bought an finished battle field 3,i thought it was rubbish,just finished Drakes fortune and it was ace,
have you played MW3 yet

I watched Emily's brother playing last night. I can't play FPS games without a keyboard and mouse though :(

i've got it, came on day of release and i rate it as the best call of duty game ever released (for gameplay), its a lot like modern warfare 2 obviously but the only one thing i don't like is that you cant jump on many items like you could on modern warfare 2....

I think it's pretty good online, not a massive leap forward over MW2 or Black ops

Battlefield 3 is a better online experience by far though. I have yet to play single player mode.

I got it at midnight on day of release, I like it but When they fix the knifing and the daft respawns it will be better.

Its faster than MW2 and black ops which makes it good also the kill confirmed game mode stops camping to an extent.

Not sure ill stop playing black ops though

I have it and like it but spawning is crazy, knifing as well.
I think there is a little too much air support, but the perks etc are good.

Getting kills is pretty easy on at least full bars, drop down to a 3 bar special and its horrible

Hit markers are still HUGE

Not played single player etc yet, saving it for a rainy day

Played BF3 and thought it was a great game, but I find it VERY frustrating online, and have now sold it

Got the day of release and prefer mw2 or black ops, but the off line is good, Drakes Fortune awesome game, Battlefield 3 yet to try on line

I still cant play online with mine....keep on getting same message that onlibe services cant be accessed...searched a few forums and found a few things to change in router....tried that and now the routers broke!! Anybody else have this trouble with netgear router and ps3?

No have you put the ps3 in the dmz so it bypasses the routers firewall settings?

Just an update if anybody has this trouble...I changed a setting in the router...Multiplexing method! Works a treat now but I'm terrible on the game!!

we've been playing the special ops split screen which is entertaining and challenging.

na I've been getting use to the pad more and more now. it's not my console so I haven't bought anything.
