My god it's quiet!!!

Where's all the banter and mid week abuse gone?

The moral of the story is be carefull of what you wish for in so many ways bring back the "core 12"

Probably because there's a three week break without a Bury meeting.

Bring back outdoor racing.
nothing wrong with sundays weather and could of gone outdoor.
any chance we can play it by the weather?????

Howler 07-11-2011 07:00 PM

Agreed, yesterday was perfect weather for racing outdoors.

outdoor track

Fella's

The last time went down to the track the parking was next to none. This will be the main problem aside of the weather.

With the school being closed for the exams next week and Chadderton, it is with regret that the next date is some weeks away. :(

Looking at the calender, we may be better doing the 11th Dec after Chadderton as opposed to 18th! as I suspect the 18th is a tad close to xmas, although if enough interest we could look at doing both. Will canvas this change.

Cant say i've ever agreed with this "we're not racing because such and such are" thing at all. I dont really want to race anywhere except Bury, but i want to race every week. So recently i've been to Roundabout a lot. There should be enough people who dont want to attend somewhere really competitive like Chadderton, Southport, whatever to keep Bury meets going.

You couldn't race your sc trucks at southport or chadderton neither have a truck or fun class it's 2wd or 4wd buggys only mate

Not too bothered about that, i wouldnt want to anyway, but my point is, Bury meets feel far too infrequent. I mean even the regionals, how many Bury members were attending those? 10? 20? When club meets were regularly seeing 50+ over summer. Those people who dont want to race regionals just get pissed off.
