Can anyone tell me if it is worth spending money on a pred X10 to make it a X11. And what would I have to change?

It's not worth it.. you'd have to change too much..

Chassis
wishbones
Cross brace
alloy pivot pin braces x 4
and more...

It would be better to sell it and purchase a second hand X11 i reckon.
