GP 4300's

Hi are GP 4300's any good compared to either Intellects or East Power cells ? Does anyone know the differences ?

From my (limited) experience with them they are good cells. No probs with duration, just not as punchy or as quick top end as IB4200's. But do we really need all that punch?
