1258 too far forward?

Hi. Fitted a new 1258 in my b44. But when fitted the linkage arm rather than being "flat" is at an angle, "pointing" fwd towards the front of the car if you see what i mean. Should the arm be flat or doesnt it matter?

Also, is it better to have the arm as paralell as possible i.e. Using the hole on the servo horn closest to the bottom?

Sorry if this doesnt make sense!

You need to dermal the edge down so it clears it
It will mess your sticker up but never mind!
Keep refitting to see if it touches

Thanks gaz, but it isnt catching on anything, its just that thexarm is pointing up and forward. Its clear of the servo casing etc. It isnt flat and parallel.

It seems to work ok but am
I kidding myself?
