BRCC Winter Trophy - manche 1
 

less people then expected (maybe due to high-way being closed off for maintenance/constructions?).

Still a great competition, with high level of driving and some UK-drivers as visiting stars: Nathan Ralls and young Kyle Moon.
Nathan had two q's ruined by electronical problems, Kyle just drove his pace ... and Q'd 5th!! Not bad for a 14year old pilot.
1 heat Short Course, 4 heats 2WD, 1 heat 1/8th, 3 heats 4WD.
Everything went/goes smoothly, Finals are being runned as I type.

a small bow @ organisation is in order; they made sure everything went smoothly.

my personal goal was reached, be the first 2wd SC; in the last final I even passed by a 4x4 ... but that was more due to technical issues of that car ;)
next Manche a properly set up SC for carpet with the correct tyres might make a difference too; off-road tyres just don't give enough grip for cornering;

was a great day and had a lot of fun .
