North west.

Hi chaps,

Can anyone point me in the direction of where in the north west region accepts 1/8th EP racing?

Thinking of swapping from kiddy sized cars! :D

Cheers fella much appreciated!

I'm trying to convince bury to do 8th EP

Are you after a conversion or dedicated e buggy? I keep looking at the new Serpent and soon to be released Durango. Serpent looks real nice though.

Durango, and yes a dedicated EP buggy, I don't believe conversions are competitive enough

Bury isnt big enough for 8th buggies

Maybe worth looking at the Serpent again, looks good. People stateside are raving about it. The only concern I have with the Durango is that many of 1/8th nitro boys have said that the handling takes some getting used to or they just can't get on with it. Maybe a bit too stiff, and thus requires careful setting up.
Perhaps with the e version being a bit heavier this will not be the case?
Just a thought though.

Yes it is, it's my local track and is more than adequate with a good straight on the back.

I'll have a look at the serpent
