Hong nor scrt-10 diff oils
 
Hi guys i am about to replace the diff oils in my hong nor scrt and i have never replaced electric diff oils. So could you guys tell me what diff oils to install? In a nitro its normally 5,5,3 but i doubt its the same for electric cars.

Seems thicker on electric, maybe 10,10,5?

i used the latest chad bradley setup on mine which is 5-5-2 from memory, he posts on rctech in the scrt post. i used that setup at bury on astro an it was so simple to drive.

are you sure? 5,5,2 seems a bit light i use this setup in my xray 808?

i think thats pretty close to what they leave the factory as. ive tried heavier oils an didnt like it, bradly used to use 3-3-1. between rctech an rcshortcourse u can find a ton of info on the car, hope you enjoy it as much as i have mine :thumbsup:
