contacting a shop (positivonegativo) in Spain.
don't intend to rant or complain overhere, but posting this thread in search of a solution.
Made an order with the guys of positivonegativo.com (in spain) ... has now been almost 4 weeks and no sign yet of my shipment (other then the tracking number mentioning my address no being found in the Netherlands, which does not surprise me as I live in Belgium) Now I'm sure that this will get sorted out ... but I have tried to contact them in several ways (pm through the oople-forum, all emailadresses on their site ...) and no response yet. My question : Does anyone know these guys? Does anyone know a way to contact them. I would appreciate receiving some info from them or a little response, but something seems to go wrong. I also allready looked for some intell in the trade-section but found none about this shop. thx for all help. |
you thought about using a telephone?

I know several people that had similar problems with them.
Very slow shipping, items missing and no reply to email. If you payed by Paypal, you better make a complaint. Cheers |
